About The Position

B.H. Inc. is searching for a full-time High Voltage and Substation Project Director to oversee High Voltage and Substation projects, primarily in the western United States. This role is for an exceptional construction leader with experience in oil and gas and extensive industrial electrical expertise. The company is looking for someone to take their career to the next level. For this critical role, the yearly salary offered is $140,000-$175,000 (Depending on Experience), and the salary is highly negotiable. Requirements

  • Extensive experience leading teams in high voltage and substation projects
  • 5 or more years experience in high voltage and substation
  • Proven leadership and customer service skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel to project sites as needed
  • A degree in construction management, but multiple factors will be taken into consideration.

  • Self-motivated and able to motivate others
  • Goal-oriented and always looking for ways to improve

Responsibilities

  • Oversee High Voltage and Substation projects, primarily in the western United States.
  • Oversee project managers, bearing the ultimate responsibility for the profit, loss, and client satisfaction of multiple projects throughout the U.S.
  • Facilitate efficient scheduling.
  • Keep a pulse on all aspects of each project.
  • Check in with customers regularly to gauge their satisfaction.
  • Maintain an excellent rapport with customers.
  • Promote the company's success.
  • Inspire project managers to take pride in their work and know precisely what is expected of them.
  • Delegate efficiently and appropriately.
  • Travel and meet with a variety of both employees and customers on a regular basis.
