About The Position

J. Blanton Plumbing is experiencing rapid growth and is expanding its Sewer Sales Division. The company is seeking high-performing HVAC Comfort Consultants, Advisors, and In-Home Sales Professionals to transition into a stable, year-round, high-ticket sales environment. Unlike seasonal HVAC sales, sewer sales offer consistent demand and predictable opportunities. Approximately 50% of the current sewer sales team successfully transitioned from HVAC sales, supported by a proven 4-5 week training program. The role offers strong lead flow, uncapped earning potential, and a $2,500 sign-on bonus after 30 days, contingent on onboarding performance and fit. J. Requirements

• HVAC Comfort Consultants / Comfort Advisors
• Residential HVAC Sales Professionals
• In-home, high-ticket sales consultants
• Professionals with strong technical understanding and customer-first sales approach
• 2+ years of HVAC or in-home residential sales
• Proven success in consultative, face-to-face sales environments
• Experience presenting options (good / better / best)
• Strong communication, professionalism, and closing ability
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to customer homes

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home, consultative sales appointments with homeowners
• Assess customer needs and recommend high-ticket sewer solutions
• Present clear options and guide customers through confident buying decisions
• Own the sales process from initial consultation through close
• Build trust, rapport, and long-term customer relationships
• Collaborate with operations and production teams to ensure smooth job execution
