About The Position

One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating is seeking skilled and energetic HVAC Comfort Advisors to join their team. The role involves delivering exceptional heating and cooling service and outstanding customer experiences. As an HVAC Comfort Advisor, you will provide expert guidance, present customized HVAC solutions, and ensure homeowners receive the highest level of service. The position includes on-the-job training, shadowing, and continuous learning while adhering to workplace procedures and safety guidelines. The company is committed to growing its business through long-term relationships with customers, team members, and the community.

Requirements

Proven success in in-home or relationship-based sales
Experience in HVAC sales with a customer-first consultative approach
Ability to clearly explain technical solutions and value-added benefits
Strong communication, integrity, and follow-through
Comfortable working evenings/weekends to meet customer needs
Tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools (CRM/iPad usage)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to assess their HVAC needs and recommend tailored solutions.
Present customized service options, product features, and financing plans professionally.
Build trust and strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Manage multiple sales opportunities while maintaining profit margins.
Overcome objections and close sales with professionalism and integrity.
Use company-provided tools (iPad, CRM, etc.) to document and manage sales activity.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Maintain a clean, professional image and a positive attitude on every job.
