About The Position

Clearwater Shower Bath is seeking experienced sales professionals to serve homeowners throughout the Treasure Coast. The company specializes in premium shower, bathtub, and wet-area bathroom remodeling. Sales Consultants will meet with homeowners in their homes to evaluate existing spaces, design customized remodeling solutions, present options, and close projects during the appointment. This is a full-time W-2, 100% commission outside sales position with uncapped earning potential, designed for experienced sales professionals confident in running complete in-home consultations and closing high-value projects. The role does not involve cold calling, canvassing, or lead generation, as appointments are scheduled by an in-house call center with homeowners who have already requested information. Typical project values range from $10,000 to $30,000+.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to pass a background check
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Professional appearance and communication skills
  • Comfortable using an iPad and digital sales tools
  • Personal iPad for company-provided 3D design software
  • Ability to travel throughout the assigned Treasure Coast territory

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in in-home sales, home improvement, remodeling, roofing, windows, HVAC, solar, flooring, kitchens, automotive, furniture, or another high-ticket sales environment is strongly preferred.
  • Bathroom remodeling experience is not required. Proven sales ability, professionalism, and closing performance are more important than direct industry experience.
  • Confident, professional closers who know how to lead a consultation, build trust, and ask for the business.
