About The Position

This is an entry-level position into high ticket sales, focusing on setting appointments for high-ticket sales in the field. The role involves face-to-face interaction with customers to book free roof inspections. It is a full-time W-2 role with opportunities for advancement based on performance. Many top closers and leaders within the company started in this position. The role is field-based, requiring active engagement in assigned neighborhoods and direct communication with homeowners.

Requirements

• Comfortable talking to people face to face
• A positive attitude and a strong desire to win
• Professional appearance
• Strong communication skills
• High school diploma or GED
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from the office
• Able to work 40 hours within operating hours, Monday to Saturday

Responsibilities

• Market in assigned neighborhoods, face to face
• Speak directly with homeowners at their homes
• Explain our free roof inspection service
• Set qualified appointments for inspections
• Stay active and work outdoors
