About The Position

A Warehouse Selector performs a critical role in our food logistics process by ensuring all customer orders are pulled correctly, palletized in a sturdy manner and prepared for delivery. Also ensures product shipped to our customers meets or exceeds all quality standards/SQF requirements. In addition, we all work to maintain cleanliness in the warehouse.

Requirements

Creative new ideas on how we can better serve our customers.
Ability to lift 50 pounds on a regular basis and do so safely.
An extreme sense of ownership, meaning you treat every order, every item and everything you do as if you were the owner of the company.
Ability to perform these functions in a cold warehouse environment.
Prior experience building pallets of various products in a neat, orderly way; accurately and prepared for shipment.
Strong attention to detail, as strict standards must be met to ensure quality of product.
Desire to assess situations, determine a course of action, and relay that opinion based on facts.
A genuine interest in ensuring we provide quality food products to our customers.
Broom experience is required!

Handle our produce with love while you build pallets and perform your duties in a way that protects the product.
Utilize Vocollect headset and Raymond Power walkie/rider pallet jacks
Work in a way that keeps all work spaces neat and clean – broom experience is required!
Communicate with leadership ways to better serve our customers.
Utilize technology to call out orders/product
