About The Position

The High-Speed Digital Drinkware Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining high-speed digital printing equipment used for customizing drinkware. This role ensures the production of high-quality products according to customer specifications, while adhering to safety, efficiency, and performance standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in digital printing, machine operation, or a related field preferred.
• Basic understanding of digital printing processes and machine mechanics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain quality control standards.
• Ability to lift and handle materials, typically up to 50 lbs., and stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently.
• Willingness to work overtime and flexible shifts when necessary to meet production demands.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed digital printing machines to produce custom drinkware designs.
• Set up, adjust, and calibrate equipment to meet specific production requirements.
• Monitor machine operation to detect malfunctions and ensure smooth workflow.
• Perform regular maintenance on equipment, including cleaning, lubrication, and part replacements, as necessary.
• Perform Changeovers from product to product as needed.
• Inspect final products to ensure print quality and alignment with customer specifications.
• Collaborate with quality control and production teams to meet deadlines and production targets.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation to comply with safety and cleanliness standards.
