About The Position
We are looking for High-Skilled Residential Technicians with proven experience and skill in 3 or more trades. Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area. They utilize their own vehicle for work, and we reimburse on-the-clock mileage at $0.725 cents per mile. We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas. Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience and skill in 3 or more trades.
- Own vehicle for work.
- Active driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
- Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.
