About The Position
We are looking for a High-Skilled Residential Construction Technicians with proven experience and skill in 3 or more trades. Our technicians travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area. They utilize their own vehicle for work, we reimburse on the clock mileage at 72 cents. We work directly with HOA communities, doing maintenance and repairs to their common areas. Our work is in the exterior areas of the communities.
Requirements
- Proven experience and skill in 3 or more trades.
- Own vehicle for work.
- Active driver's license.
- Auto insurance.
- Will participate in a background check and physical prior to employment.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in framing, drywall, painting, stucco repair, concrete work, deck work, roofing, flooring, deck waterproofing, masonry, among more.
Responsibilities
- Travel to an average of 2-3 properties a day in the San Diego area.
