About The Position

This project supports a Joint Warfighting Command and Control (C2) office in advancing CJADC2 objectives. Our team’s mission is to rapidly develop, test, and mature digital, data, and AI‑enabled capabilities that improve situational awareness and accelerate coordinated decision‑making across the department. Within this effort, we enhance warfighter access to data by delivering software products and data‑integration services that close critical capability gaps. The team focuses on improving cross‑domain data movement, strengthening mission applications within Maven Smart Systems, and establishing reliable data transport across systems and classification levels. Together, these efforts enable timely, secure, and mission‑relevant data flow to support warfighters.

Requirements

2+ years of experience building production-grade applications with Python or Java
1+ years of experience building or maintaining production-grade RESTful APIs or software interfaces
Experience using Git for version control in a collaborative software development environment
Experience with basic Linux terminal commands, including navigating filesystems and viewing, moving, and editing files
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and secure deployment practices
Ability to work on-site and operate in a Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) environment with limited connectivity
TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor’s degree in CS

Experience with AWS technologies, including AWS or S3
Experience acquiring client requirements and resolving workflow problems through automation optimization
Experience with containerization or container orchestration technologies
Experience with Palantir Foundry or similar enterprise data platforms
Experience with automated testing tools and test-driven development practices
Experience with Java, C#, C++, JavaScript, React, or NodeJS
Experience with AI-assisted workflow and leveraging AI in day-to-day software engineering
TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
