About The Position
Due to continued growth, Mister Kleen Maintenance Company, a leading provider of contract cleaning services to high-security and commercial facilities, is seeking a Custodian to maintain clean, safe and orderly facilities for our clients located in Laurel, MD.
Requirements
- An active Top Secret with SCI - REQUIRED
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without reasonable accommodations.
- Able to consistently work scheduled days and hours.
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to understand oral and written instructions
- Willing to go above and beyond to support the team in exceeding our customers' expectations
Responsibilities
- Clean buildings and perform routine maintenance including sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors.
- Gather and dispose of trash.
- Sanitize restrooms and restock supplies.
- Dust furniture and clean windows.
- Mix cleaning solutions and follow health and safety protocols.
- Polish furniture, shampoo carpets and monitor supply inventory.
- Notify management of necessary repairs.
