About The Position

The High School Women's Tennis Coach manages and supervises athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions. The coach promotes athletes' growth in tennis skills, teamwork, discipline, respect, and good sportsmanship. Success in the role requires performing each essential duty satisfactorily and maintaining effective working relationships with school administrators, governing organizations, opponents, staff, parents, and students.

Requirements

• Possess effective coaching techniques and skills.
• Possess knowledge of the rules, regulations, strategies, and techniques of tennis.
• Be able to establish and maintain effective working relationships with school administrators, governing organizations, opponents, staff, parents, and students.
• Be able to manage and supervise athletic activities, contests, and practice sessions.
• Be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
