About The Position

Responsibilities
- Serves as a key point of contact by courteously answering and routing incoming calls, taking accurate messages, and directing inquiries as needed.
- Supports administrative operations by entering data into databases, maintaining organized filing systems for medical records, bills, and invoices, and ensuring accurate documentation.
- Performs interdepartmental errands and provides general support to ensure smooth daily operations.
