About The Position
The High School Principal is responsible for campus instructional leadership, data interpretation, and maintaining fair and consistent disciplinary practices. The role requires excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills.
Requirements
- Master's Degree
- Valid Texas Mid Management Certificate or Standard Principal Certificate
- Certified as TTESS Appraiser
- At least 3 years of campus administration experience
- Strong campus instructional leadership skills
- Ability to interpret data
- Fair and consistent disciplinary skills
- Excellent organizational, communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
