About The Position

This is a 1.0 FTE contract position for a High School Post Intensive French/Other subjects Teacher at Hartland Community School for the 2026-2027 school year. Applicants will be contacted by the school's principal and/or Director of Schools to review details of the position and opportunities for transitional support. Positions will be offered in adherence to Article 61.03 and 61.05 of the Collective Agreement, prioritizing teachers with recall rights, then certified teachers without recall rights, and finally supply teachers with a Local Permit.

Requirements

• Certified Teacher status (with or without recall rights) or Supply teacher with a Local Permit.
• Ability to provide a cover letter, resume, most recent performance review, transcripts, and 3 references (including most recent supervisor).
• Adherence to the NBTF Collective Agreement 2021-2026.

Responsibilities

• Teach Post Intensive French and other subjects at the high school level.
• Participate in the selection process which may involve interviews with the principal and/or Director of Schools.
• Provide necessary documentation including cover letter, resume, most recent performance review, transcripts, and 3 references (one being the most recent supervisor).
