About The Position
The candidate would teach a variety of classes including but not limited to Algebra 1 and Geometry to students ranging from grades 9 through 12. The candidate should have a current Massachusetts teaching license in high school math. The candidate will be expected to align their teaching to the district and state curriculum; to regularly assess students for learning comprehension and to modify their teaching to ensure that students are learning; to provide a classroom that is conducive to the learning needs of all students. The candidate will also be expected to collaborate with other teachers teaching the same courses.
Requirements
- Current Massachusetts teaching license in high school math.
- Math 8-12 DESE license.
