About The Position

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a High School Math Teacher, LTS (Long-Term Substitute) for the 26-27 School Year at St. Charles North High School. This position requires a Professional Educator License (PEL) with a (9-12) Math Endorsement. Experience teaching Geometry and high school level math is desired. The anticipated dates for this Long-Term Substitute role are November 9, 2026, to December 18, 2026. To be considered for our Substitute Team, candidates must possess either a valid and active Illinois Professional Teaching License (PEL) or an Illinois Substitute Teaching License (SUB), which requires a bachelor's degree or higher from a regionally accredited institution. Short-Term Substitute Teaching Licenses are not accepted in District 303. The Long-Term Substitute Teacher rate is $220 per day. In addition to the online application, candidates must submit a valid Substitute or PEL license, two letters of reference, and a fingerprint-based background check from the Kane County Regional Office of Education. Requirements
