About The Position

This position is for the 2026-2027 School Year. STMA Schools is a district serving over 6,700 students and employing 750+ employees in a northwestern suburb of Minneapolis, Minnesota. The district includes one primary school (kindergarten), three elementary schools (grades 1-4), two middle schools (grades 5-8), and one high school (grades 9-12). The role involves preparing lessons, instructing students with diverse abilities, assessing student learning, analyzing data to inform instruction, fostering an engaging and respectful classroom, communicating with students, parents, and stakeholders, maintaining records, supervising students, participating in school improvement, and engaging in professional learning.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education
• Required teaching certificate in related area(s) of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota
• Specific content knowledge, training or job experience required before appointment
• Successful student teaching
