KIPP Jacksonville Public Schools is seeking a High School Math Teacher for the 2026-2027 school year. The teacher will be responsible for at least one subject area, creating a positive classroom environment, implementing curriculum, assessing students, collaborating with their team, building relationships with families, and other duties as assigned. KIPP Bold City High School's vision is to be a high school built on student voice and choice, offering honors classes, Advanced Placement classes for all, and career/technical education. Classes are chosen based on student and family interest. The school seeks teachers aligned with philosophies around student voice and choice and who are flexible to meet student interest areas. The high school model will change over time as more grade levels are added. Core content areas include science, history, ELA, and math. High school lead teachers will likely have a homeroom class and teach several classes in their subject area, though teaching loads may vary. Electives are selected by the school leader according to student interest and teacher certification area(s).
