About The Position
To provide leadership, supervision, and organization to facilitate the sports program. To prepare the team for the best probability of being successful. To place sportsmanship and the lessons of sport above “winning at all costs”. To ensure the health, safety, and academic success of students at all times. The Assistant Coach will be supervised by the Head Coach. Responsibilities
- Build off-season program
- Be prepared for practice and games
- Prepare athletes for game success
- Teach proper sports technique
- Supervise locker rooms before and after practice and games
- Supervise players on the bus and away games
