Requirements

• Valid California Clear Single Subject Teaching Credential - English
• Reside within service areas (Riverside, Orange, San Diego, San Bernardino or Los Angeles Counties)
• Completed EDJOIN online application

Nice To Haves

• Prior online teaching experience
• Teaching experience with 9-12
• Experience with Charter Schools

Responsibilities

• Student engagement in a distance learning environment
• Daily synchronous instruction
• Small group intervention
• ELD instruction
• Conduct PLP meetings as assigned
• Manage the complete educational experience for each student
• Review student learning
• Create online portfolios
• Proctor assessments
• Create report cards
• Assign grades
