About The Position

Littelfuse is seeking a High School Engineering Intern to set up, perform, and troubleshoot a variety of engineering tests for new products. The intern will accurately report both quantitative and qualitative test data to ensure devices function as expected. This internship will be on-site at our Champaign location. The role involves fabricating and processing prototypes, setting up and performing evaluations on circuit protection devices, providing accurate observations of the testing process and sample device response, reporting unique phenomena to engineers, composing data reports, and assisting engineers with projects as necessary. Other additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

Critical thinking will be required to identify and troubleshoot problems as they arise.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
High attention to detail.
Strong organizational skills.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and follow work instructions.

Nice To Haves

CAD experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Setup, perform, and troubleshoot a variety of engineering tests of new products.
Accurately report both quantitative and qualitative test data.
