Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

• Curriculum Development: Design and implement engaging and effective lesson plans aligned with the school's ELA curriculum and standards.
• Adapt teaching strategies to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities within the classroom.
• Instruction: Deliver dynamic and interactive instruction to high school students.
• Foster critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and literacy among students.
• Provide clear explanations of concepts and facilitate hands-on learning experiences when applicable.
• Assessment and Feedback: Assess student learning through various methods, including quizzes, tests, and class participation.
• Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth and development.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate with parents as needed.
• Classroom Management: Establish a positive classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Enforce school policies and procedures while promoting a culture of respect and cooperation among students.
• Professional Development: Stay informed about current trends and best practices in education.
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge.
