Requirements

Hold or plan to pursue New Jersey Department of Education certifications necessary to teach English/ELA at the high school level.

Consistently and effectively apply school and classroom rules, utilize preventive discipline, and supervise students.
Act as a team member committed to ongoing professional development, attending sessions, participating in planning meetings, and engaging in professional learning communities.
Collaborate with special education and ELL staff to implement programs and comply with regulations.
