About The Position

CUSD 303 is seeking a qualified candidate to serve as a full time High School Counselor at St. Charles North High School for the 2026-2027 SY. Design, implement, and evaluate a comprehensive school counseling program at St. Charles North High School. Counsel students to fully develop each student’s academic, career, personal, and social abilities. Deliver guidance curriculum in various group sizes. Work with students to help them develop skills necessary to address troublesome circumstances, support students in challenging situations, and assist students with needed resources to navigate crisis situations.

Requirements

• Master's degree in school counseling from an accredited college or university
• Completed counseling internship
• Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL)
