About The Position
Under the general direction of the building administrator, ensures that school buildings and environment is safe, clean, functional, well-maintained, and secure. This is a continuing position with reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year. However, an employee's total work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
Requirements
- Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and twist
- Lift up to 50 pounds
- Climb ladders and work at heights of 45 feet
- Able to work in confined spaces for prolonged periods
