Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and patient
• Ability to work confidentially and exercise discretion
• Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Have reliable transportation
• Must have bachelor's degree or higher

Nice To Haves

• Teaching experience strongly preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one academic coaching to middle and high school students
• Support students in developing organizational, study, and learning strategies
• Track and review student grades on a weekly basis
• Collaborate with teachers and school administrators to support student success
• Identify learning patterns and address academic challenges
• Assist students with assignments and secure tutors as needed
• Use incentives and goal-setting strategies to motivate student progress
• Document and submit session notes after each meeting
• Participate in student support meetings as needed
