Our Approach to College & Career Readiness At Rocky Mountain Prep, we believe college and career readiness requires early, intentional planning grounded in high expectations and individualized support. Academic Advisors partner with students and families to ensure every scholar graduates with a clear, ambitious post-secondary plan. Through data-driven advising and relationship-centered coaching, advisors guide students in navigating college admissions, career pathways, and credentialing opportunities that lead to economic mobility. They monitor academic progress, identify barriers, and connect students to targeted supports to ensure success. Advisors also lead systems that promote college access, including family education, college partnerships, and exposure opportunities such as campus visits and workshops. By building strong relationships and leveraging data to inform decisions, Academic Advisors play a critical role in fulfilling RMP’s Graduate Guarantee and ensuring every student is prepared to thrive beyond high school.
