We are actively seeking experienced, professional, and reliable Security Officers to oversee safety and operations at our premier high-rise properties. You will serve as the first point of contact for tenants and guests, monitor CCTV systems, control access, and conduct regular property patrols.

Requirements

Previous security experience is a must (High-rise or corporate/Class A office experience preferred).
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening.
Strong communication skills and a highly professional appearance.
Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and navigate stairs if necessary.

Responsibilities

Monitor facility entry points, screening visitors, and securing building when outside of office hours.
Conduct interior and exterior foot patrols throughout the high-rise.
Monitor CCTV systems, fire panels, and alarm systems.
Respond to emergencies, enforce property rules, and draft detailed incident reports.
Maintain a highly professional demeanor, providing excellent customer service.
