The role of a Weekday High Reach Forklift Operator (ESR) is critical for ensuring customers' products are received, stored, picked, and shipped safely and accurately. RLS provides the necessary tools, training, and support for employees to become cold chain experts.

Requirements

• Previous high reach (ESR) forklift experience required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
• Willingness to work in cold storage conditions
• Humble mindset with a strong desire to succeed

Responsibilities

• Operate high reach (ESR) forklifts and other powered industrial trucks
• Count freight received and shipped
• Verify counts against drivers’ Bills of Lading (BOLs)
• Identify and document count variances and obtain required driver signatures
• Prepare overage, shortage, and damage reports
• Select and stage outbound product for shipment
• Meet performance metrics established by the Warehouse Manager
• Pallet wrapping is a significant part of the role
