About The Position

We're looking for a reliable and experienced High Reach Forklift Driver to join our warehouse team in Spring, Texas. In this role, you'll be a key part of keeping our operations running smoothly — safely moving, storing, and retrieving materials across our high-bay warehouse facility. If you have hands-on reach truck experience, a sharp eye for safety, and a strong work ethic, this is your opportunity to shine.

Requirements

  • Previous reach truck operating experience (required)
  • Valid forklift certification, or the ability to obtain one
  • Demonstrated experience with high-rack warehouse storage systems
  • Ability to safely operate equipment at elevated heights and in narrow aisles
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory handling
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
  • Commitment to workplace safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
  • Willingness to support ISO management system requirements and standards
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday
  • Ability to regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
  • Strong hand-eye coordination and the ability to make precise equipment adjustments quickly
  • Ability to respond rapidly to multiple signals and changing conditions
  • Good near and far vision for safe inventory handling and equipment operation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or RF scanners
  • Background in distribution, logistics, or manufacturing environments
  • Multiple years of reach truck and forklift operating experience

Responsibilities

  • Operate reach trucks and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products and materials throughout the warehouse
  • Perform high-reach storage and retrieval in narrow-aisle and high-bay racking systems
  • Accurately pick and replenish inventory from elevated storage locations
  • Complete pre-shift equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns
  • Handle all inventory with care to minimize product damage
  • Follow all company safety policies, warehouse procedures, and OSHA regulations
  • Support inventory counts, cycle counts, and stock rotation as needed
  • Keep your work area clean, organized, and hazard-free
  • Pitch in on general warehouse tasks and other duties as assigned
