About The Position

This position involves operating a high reach forklift to move products, equipment, and materials while adhering to all regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures. The role includes picking palletized units from elevated rack locations, performing accurate case picking, staging product for outbound shipment, putting away palletized product into racks above floor height, and loading/unloading materials. Daily forklift inspections and battery charging procedures are also part of the responsibilities. Requirements

Experience operating a high reach forklift in high-rack environments
Strong attention to detail and picking accuracy
Ability to work safely at heights and in a fast-paced setting
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to understand instructions in Country's official language or as defined by Lineage Logistics
Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs./18 kgs.; weight may be more dependent upon facility
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed
Must be comfortable with various noise levels, at times, can be loud

Responsibilities

Operate a high reach forklift to pick palletized units from elevated rack locations
Perform accurate case picking and stage product for outbound shipment
Put away palletized product into racks above floor height
Load and unload materials from pallets, skids, or lifting devices
Record materials, weights, counts, and product condition using the RF system
Complete daily forklift inspections and maintain battery charging procedures
Work with other machinery and material handling equipment
