About The Position
Seeking experienced and driven HNW Producers to join a team. This role focuses on targeting true HNW individuals, ideally with a background in family office environments, to deliver tailored insurance solutions. Requirements
- CPRIA and P&C licenses are required.
- Proven track record in HNW insurance sales, with a strong understanding of private client business and family office dynamics.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in relevant insurance software and tools.

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals and families, with a focus on true private client business.
- Identify and target potential clients, leveraging expertise in family office environments and HNW markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, with average revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per account.
- Drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
