About The Position

DHL Supply Chain is hiring a High Lift Equipment Operator for their 1st shift. This role is crucial in a global logistics business, offering endless opportunities for growth. The operator will be responsible for moving, stocking, picking, and counting merchandise using high lift equipment, often in narrow aisles and potentially with electronic wire-guided systems. This position is a key part of ensuring inventory accuracy and efficient operations within the warehouse.

Requirements

• A minimum of 1 year experience operating material handling equipment is required.
• Experience operating MHE including dock stocker, cherry picker and high reach.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience, preferred

Responsibilities

• Operating High Lift equipment in narrow aisles for moving, stocking, picking, and counting merchandise.
• Moving, stocking, staging, and storing products and materials using high lift reach equipment and narrow isle equipment.
• Utilizing electronic wire-guided systems where installed.
• Efficiently stocking and storing merchandise in appropriate areas.
• Pulling and preparing product for shipment, ensuring accuracy in quantity and type.
• Keeping appropriate records and reports for inventory accuracy.
• Complying with all OSHA and MSDS standards.
• Reporting quality variances.
• Maintaining the facility’s equipment and materials in a neat, clean, and orderly fashion.
• Assisting in physical inventories.
• Ensuring proper stock rotation.
• Operating equipment that extends to higher levels than normal forklift equipment.
