Framework Development Group is seeking passionate, student-centered tutors to provide high-impact academic tutoring services to K-12 students throughout New Mexico during the 2026-2027 school year. This role is ideal for educators, teacher candidates, retired teachers, instructional professionals, and individuals with strong instructional experience who are committed to accelerating student learning and helping students achieve grade-level success. Our tutoring program is grounded in research-based, high-impact tutoring practices and provides students with targeted instruction in mathematics and/or English Language Arts through consistent, relationship-driven support. Tutors will provide in-person instruction to small groups of students (no more than four students per group) using structured, standards-aligned curriculum and lesson plans. Tutors will work with the same students throughout the program, building strong relationships while using student assessment data to drive instruction and support academic growth. Tutoring sessions occur during the regular school day and are designed to complement classroom instruction while addressing unfinished learning and strengthening foundational skills.
