About The Position

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa – Gaithersburg is seeking a high-energy, sales-driven leader to join our team as a Sales Manager in Training. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who excels at sales and member engagement and is ready to take the next step into leadership. We’re looking for more than a strong individual salesperson. We want someone who can lead from the front—driving their own results while coaching, motivating, and developing a front desk team to do the same. This position is intentionally designed as a leadership pipeline, providing the opportunity to build your management experience while learning the business from the inside out. You’ll have the opportunity to make an immediate impact on the Gaithersburg spa while developing the leadership and operational skills needed to take on greater responsibility in the future.
