About The Position

The High Bay Operator is responsible for picking customer orders using picking sheets and RF Scanners, and putting away finished and blank goods in storage racks to ensure inventory accuracy across the warehouse. This role operates at an incentive pace within a production shift environment, requiring physical stamina, safe equipment operation, and the ability to work independently after training. The High Bay Operator delivers business and fan impact through BOLD leadership and execution excellence, leveraging data, automation, and AI-enabled insights.

Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the course of a shift.
  • Ability to work at heights of up to 30 feet and stand for extended periods of time.
  • Willingness and ability to learn RF Scanner operation and the work order process.
  • Willingness to be trained on crown operation and ability to meet and maintain all associated safety requirements.
  • Ability to follow directions, read and write in English, and work independently after completing training.
  • Demonstrated reliability through consistent attendance and the ability to work a production shift with overtime as required.
  • Ability to work at an incentive pace, maintaining productivity and quality standards throughout the shift.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately pick customer orders using picking sheets and RF Scanners to ensure fans receive the right product, on time.
  • Contribute to order accuracy and quality by following established warehouse processes with care and attention to detail.
  • Support the timely movement of finished and blank goods so that fan-facing fulfillment commitments are consistently met.
  • Uphold inventory integrity so that product availability data reflects real on-hand stock across the warehouse.
  • Learn and apply RF Scanner functionality and the work order process to improve speed and accuracy on the warehouse floor.
  • Adapt to training on crown operation and other equipment, embracing new tools that drive operational efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities to work smarter and more safely within established production workflows.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and openness to process improvements that enhance warehouse throughput and inventory accuracy.
  • Execute order picking and putaway tasks with accuracy and urgency, meeting or exceeding incentive pace standards.
  • Operate a crown lift safely and in full compliance with all safety requirements after completing required training.
  • Work independently after the training period, managing assigned tasks without the need for constant supervision.
  • Maintain a strong attendance record and a production-shift mindset, including availability for overtime as required.
  • Apply AI and technology to improve efficiency, quality, and outcomes.
  • Use data and digital tools to inform decisions and enhance performance.
  • Demonstrate curiosity and adaptability in adopting new technologies and ways of working.
  • Contribute to a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with supervisors and fellow associates to meet daily order fulfillment targets and production goals.
