About The Position
AMG Specialty Hospital is a boutique Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) facility. We provide exceptional, high-acuity care to a small, focused subset of patients requiring extended ICU stays, ventilator support, vasopressors, or advanced wound management. Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Active, unencucumbered Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment capabilities; professional fluency in verbal and written English.
Nice To Haves
- Wound Care Certification (WCC)
- Prior wound care nursing experience in a high-acuity setting (e.g., ICU, Step-down, CCU, or high-acuity LTAC) is highly preferred.
- Willing to train self-motivated RNs passionate about wounds and critical care.
Responsibilities
- Deliver advanced wound care.
- Assess, plan, and evaluate patient’s wounds and monitors and treats wounds per treatment plans.
- Collaborate closely with physicians, and leadership to drive positive patient outcomes.
