About The Position

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a nurse with critical care experience to join their York Skilled Nursing office. The role involves providing care for a client in Dover who requires tracheostomy and ventilation management at home. This position offers flexible scheduling, with current openings on Friday & Saturday nights (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) and Saturday & Sunday days (6:00 AM - 2:00 PM). High acuity skills are essential for this role. BAYADA emphasizes one-on-one care, flexible scheduling, weekly pay, preventive care coverage, PTO, and short commute times by matching nurses with nearby cases. They were founded on the principle that home care improves client well-being. BAYADA provides comprehensive training, including simulation labs and around-the-clock clinical support, utilizing electronic charting. They care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.

Requirements

• Current valid nursing license in the U.S.
• Graduation from a qualified nursing program
• MAR-CPA certification
• High acuity skills
• Critical care experience
• Experience with tracheostomy care
• Experience with ventilation management

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care to a client at home.
• Manage tracheostomy care.
• Manage ventilation.
• Provide care for clients of all ages, diagnoses, and acuity levels.
• Utilize electronic charting.
