About The Position

This is a hiring event for experienced Hi-Reach Operators. Multiple positions are available including Forklift Reach Operator, Inventory IC and QC, and Operation Lead. Various shifts are available, including first, second, and weekend shifts, with shift differentials for night and weekend work. The hourly rate starts at $21.00 per hour. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days for overnight shift hires only. Candidates must bring I-9 documentation.

Requirements

• Must have experience operating Hi-Reach forklift
• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Three or more years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must be able to successfully complete post-hire assessments
• Must be able to obtain and maintain equipment certifications (e.g. OSHA, company, etc.)
• Must be able to wear personal protective equipment appropriate for the work environment (e.g. protective footwear, protective eyewear, gloves, etc.) in accordance with safety policies

• Shift Differential Available: $1.00 Night. $1.50 Weekend Day. $2.00 Weekend night
