About The Position

Regency Oaks Home Services is seeking a dedicated Home Health Aid to provide high-quality care to residents in a senior living community. Services may include shower assistance, shopping, medication reminders, and light housekeeping such as laundry. The position offers flexible scheduling and the opportunity to work in one community rather than traveling between clients. The role requires a kind, reliable, compassionate, self-directed person who can work with little direct supervision and is comfortable interacting with pets. The employer describes a hospitality-focused culture centered on respectful, attentive, professional interactions with residents, coworkers, and guests. Part-time and PRN positions are available, with a requirement to work weekends. Listed shifts include evenings from 3 p.m. to 11 p.m. and overnights from 11 p.m. to 7 a.m.; weekend scheduling is flexible. Pay is $15 per hour plus shift differential.

Requirements

• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to read and follow written instructions and document services provided.
• Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.
• Kind, reliable, and compassionate demeanor.
• Must be pet friendly and willing to walk or interact with pets.
• Must complete background screening through AHCA.
