About The Position

Alvita Care is seeking Drivers and Live-in HHAs or PCAs for home health care in Westchester. We offer full-time, part-time, and per diem schedule options. We are particularly looking for live-in candidates and have 4-12 hour day time shifts available, with occasional overnights. While M-F availability is preferred, weekend availability is a plus. Experience in Memory Care, Palliative Care, ADL, and transfers is beneficial.

Requirements

• Must have a valid HHA / PCA certificate in the state of New York.
• At least 1 year of working experience.
• Must have updated medicals/vaccinations or be willing to obtain.
• Completed drug screen or completed Habituation Form.
• Must successfully complete Alvita Care process to accept cases.

Responsibilities

• Provide home health care as a Driver and/or Live-in HHA or PCA.
• Assist clients with daily living activities (ADLs).
• Provide care for clients with memory care needs.
• Provide palliative care.
• Assist with transfers.
