About The Position
Urbana Place, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA, CNA to join our growing team! Urbana Place Senior Living is located conveniently in Brooklyn Park, MN, just off 93rd Ave N and Zane Ave North. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our 103-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living and Memory Care services. Urbana Place is a growing community with a fun, caring and passionate team. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Part Time NOC (11pm-7am), every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22, Depending on experience CNA Wage: $19-$24, Depending on experience Shift Differential: $1 for Evenings/ $2 for Overnights Are you compassionate towards others? In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including: CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity. Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care. Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care. Assist with medication administration.
Requirements
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.

- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.

Responsibilities
