Requirements
- Current HHA certification or CNA License and minimum 1 year experience in homecare.
- Active Driving License and Active CPR certification, TB test results are needed.
- A minimum of one year of experience in home care, assisted living, or similar settings.
- A heartfelt desire to help others with a positive and respectful attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Nice To Haves
- Dementia or Alzheimer's experience preferred.
- Personal care experience (Urgent need) with Personal care, Meal prep, light clean up experience
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities. ADL (Bathing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Support patient assessments and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of a registered nurse.
- Assist in the implementation of patient care plans.
- Deliver compassionate support and companionship to patients.
