About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to join their growing team serving Havertown and surrounding Delaware County communities. The role involves helping seniors remain safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes while building meaningful relationships. Requirements

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional
• At least 18 years old
• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of two years of caregiving experience or a similar role
• Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Comfortable assisting with errands such as grocery shopping and pharmacy visits
• Understand that clients are never transported in caregiver vehicles
• Have one of the following TB clearances: 2-Step PPD Chest X-Ray Quantiferon Blood Test
• ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Run errands and grocery shop for clients
• Help seniors safely remain independent in their homes
• Communicate with families and the office team to ensure outstanding care
