Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience as a Caregiver or Home Health Aide (home care or healthcare setting preferred)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
- Passion for helping others and providing exceptional care
Responsibilities
- Assisting with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Helping with toileting and incontinence care
- Assisting with ambulation and safe transfers
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with eating and meal preparation
- Light housekeeping
- Laundry and changing bed linens
- Washing dishes
- Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with prescribed range-of-motion exercises
- Preparing special diets as instructed
- Providing compassionate dementia care
- Following individualized care plans developed by our nursing team
