About The Position
Guardian Angel Home Care is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to provide non‑medical, in‑home care to seniors and adults in Milford, MA and surrounding areas. Requirements
- Reliable vehicle + valid driver's license
- HHA certification or CNA license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, dependable, and respectful
- Strong time‑management and organizational skills
- Ability to follow health and safety guidelines
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, grooming, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Perform light housekeeping (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms)
- Prepare meals and assist with grocery shopping or errands
- Provide medication reminders
- Maintain a clean, safe home environment
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond appropriately in emergencies
