About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is looking for individuals that have a calling for caring. We are looking for caregivers in or around Winthrop, Ma that are able to work weekends. Other shifts are also available, but weekend availability is a must. The caregiver provides a wide variety of duties with local senior citizens in their own homes. Guardian Angel Senior Services is a fast-growing, thriving, and supportive company. Requirements
- A compassionate, warm and accepting attitude toward people.
- Ability to respect confidentiality of patients and families.
- Communicate program participant's progress, mental status, and any changes in daily notes.
- Compassionate, caring, and empathetic
- Excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with 1 on 1 personal care and home management as instructed by and documented on the written plan of care.
- Assist and facilitate activities of daily living (ADLs) such as personal-care and hygiene, leisure activities and socialization.
- Help local seniors at home with shopping and/or light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation and companionship.
- Ensure client safety at all times.
