About The Position
Park Gardens, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for HHA/CNAs to join our growing team! Park Gardens Senior Living is in Fergus Falls Minnesota across the street from Woodland Baptist Church on Skogmo Blvd. Our facility is a combination of Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care apartments. Requirements
- Compassionate towards others
- Passionate about enriching the lives of others
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Positive, compassionate attitude.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
