About The Position

Fremont Village, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for an HHA/CNA to join their growing team. Fremont Village Senior Living recently opened in October of 2022 and is located in Zimmerman, MN. They help seniors Age Magnificently in their gorgeous 65-unit, apartment-style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Fremont Village was awarded the Best Senior Living Bronze Award 2023 from Star Tribune. Fremont Village is a growing community with a fun, caring, and passionate team. Shifts Available: Part Time (6:00pm-9:00pm), every other weekend included. HHA Wage: $17-$22 CNA Wage: $19-$24 Shift Differential: PM: Extra $1/hr NOC: Extra $2/hr. The role involves providing support to residents with their personal care services, including direct care to all genders, recognizing individual needs, encouraging independence, and treating each resident with respect and dignity. This includes assisting with activities of daily living, engaging residents in meaningful conversations, providing attentive care, and assisting with medication administration.

Responsibilities

Provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
Assist with medication administration.
